  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with at least 10 years relevant insurance experience, preferably in group / employee benefits space
  • Leadership and Management Experience
  • P&L / Profit Center Accountability is an advantage
  • Data driven in making decisions and crafting strategies
  • Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
