As a Senior Product Manager you will be central to delivering tools and features that help engineers across Zillow Group build faster and with higher quality. You will think strategically alongside cross-functional teams to craft the go-to-market strategies that bring these solutions to teams at scale.
Our team supports Zillow's most critical initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager whose dream job is one where you get the opportunity to influence across functions, build visibility, and solve complex and ambiguous problems!
You will:
Identify and prioritize work that spans platform teams and craft programs to deliver across multiple teams
Stand up and drive programs, deliverables, and release plans to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Proactively identify and manage inter-dependencies, risks and integrations across multiple products and partners to drive resolutions quickly
Align program goals with Zillow’s strategic objectives and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments or realignment as the program's performance warrants
Identify and facilitate strategic discussions on prioritization and trade-offs ad-hoc and via regular planning cycles

Iniciar y liderar programas, entregables y planes de lanzamiento para garantizar una entrega exitosa y oportuna.
Identificar y gestionar proactivamente interdependencias, riesgos e integraciones entre múltiples productos y socios para impulsar resoluciones de manera rápida.
Alinear los objetivos del programa con los objetivos estratégicos de Zillow y hacer recomendaciones basadas en datos para ajustes o reajustes según lo requiera el desempeño del programa.
Identificar y facilitar discusiones estratégicas sobre priorización y compensaciones de manera ad-hoc y a través de ciclos regulares de planificación.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

5+ years of Software Product and/or Program Management experience in both small-scale and large-scale companies with a focus on delivering large cross-functional product programs
Skill in leading discussions with executive team members as well as Product Managers, Designers and Engineers
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers based on empathy, trust and an understanding of their goals and priorities
Ability to influence without direct authority, to partner with disparate, cross-functional teams to define goals and coordinate work to achieve shared goals
Expert in connecting detailed plans to higher-level strategies and bridging the gap between Agile and Waterfall project management methods
