Good English-Speaking Skills

• Should be able to speak and understand English clearly and confidently.

Good Computer Knowledge

• Basic usage of computers.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.

Work from Office – Bommasandra

• Mandatory to work from the Bommasandra office 5days a week.
• Comfortable with a regular day shift.

General Attributes

• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good attitude, discipline, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Additionally, Fluent in Hindi Language and knowledge of CRM is added advantage.

Indicative Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up calls / Emails to customers
• Cold calling
• Basic data and documentation work.
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinating with internal team members as required.
• Any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager relevant to the trainee role.
