•Manage the end-to-end intake process for new feature and capability requests, ensuring requests are documented, validated, and assessed for impact.
•Partner with finance and functional business metric owners to quantify business and financial impact for each request using consistent evaluation frameworks.
•Facilitate prioritization conversations across cross-functional stakeholders and leaders, driving alignment and ensuring tradeoff decisions are made intentionally.
•Work closely with Product leadership and teams to ensure tradeoff discussions are anchored in strategic objectives, and that prioritization aligns with roadmaps and key dependencies.
•Create and maintain a centralized prioritization repository that ensures stakeholders have access to the most current prioritization decisions, timelines, and tradeoffs.
•Synthesize complex, competing priorities into clear executive-level views that highlight business impact, tradeoff options, and recommendations.
•Leverage technology and AI to streamline prioritization workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
•Continuously improve the prioritization process by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, automation, and best practices.
•Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with product, finance, operations, and business teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
•Provide regular updates and storytelling to executive leadership, ensuring prioritization decisions are well understood and tied to strategic business goals.
What You'll Bring:
•4+ years of experience in strategy & operations, engineering, consulting, product management, or product strategy, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
•Proven track record of managing cross-functional prioritization processes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
•Strong financial and business acumen, with experience collaborating closely with finance and product teams.
•Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for senior executives.
•Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with a proven track record of building and managing scalable mechanisms that promote operational clarity and discipline.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
