Natera is seeking a Sales Application Specialist to join the Women’s Health sales team! In this pivotal role, you will manage projects to implement and monitor the integration of our innovative prenatal education tool into our accounts EMR systems in close collaboration with our sales representatives. In addition you will collaborate closely with Natera’s EMR personnel, clients, and vendor resources to ensure seamless integration and expansion of our prenatal education services. This role will be covering Natera accounts across the whole state of Florida.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in selling and managing the implementation of our prenatal education tool. 
  • Post-implementation, run analytics to ensure the workflow operates smoothly and monitor account growth.
  • Provide exceptional field support for existing prenatal education accounts to maintain and enhance their EMR interface.

Core Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on new prenatal tool requests.
  • Coordinate projects with the internal EDI Team.
  • Provide comprehensive training and on-site customer support for new prenatal tool implementations.
  • Identify and address existing issues or opportunities for improvement in the EMR interface. Communicate feedback to clients, vendors, EMR team, Sales, and Operations.
  • Analyze EMR utilization data and work with clients to increase electronic order rates.
  • Partner closely with the EMR Team on key initiatives and product updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Associate's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical field or laboratory space.
  • Knowledge of different EMR systems, lab workflow, and client workflow. 
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential. Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable and proficient in presenting to accounts and training them on the tool.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Endless curiosity with a drive to dive deeper for understanding. Strong analytical skills to comprehend the details of projects and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all audiences, including customers, commercial teams, and senior management.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
