Job Summary: As the AI & Machine Learning Data Scientist, you will be a visionary leader at the heart of Accenture's internal transformation. Your primary mission is to partner with our Global IT (CIO) organization and senior leaders across corporate functions to build and deliver sophisticated AI solutions that enhance our operational excellence. You will lead the charge on advanced Machine Learning, MLOps, and groundbreaking initiatives, including the exploration and implementation of Agentic AI solutions to redefine how Accenture operates. This senior role demands deep expertise in applied ML, strategic foresight, and the leadership to guide internal stakeholders and delivery teams from concept to high-impact, production-grade AI systems on GCP. The right candidate will have a good understanding of D&AT, strong communication skills, ability to navigate with senior leaders, understand the big picture, and conceptualize and run a program.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Pioneer Internal AI Solutions: Lead the ideation and development of innovative AI and ML solutions targeted at Accenture's internal processes. Drive R&D and prototyping for emerging technologies like Agentic AI and LLMs, translating them into tangible value and efficiency for our corporate functions.
• Enterprise AI & MLOps Strategy: Design and govern the implementation of a robust, enterprise-wide MLOps framework on GCP (leveraging tools like Vertex AI). Define the strategic roadmap and best practices for the entire ML lifecycle to support Accenture's internal AI platform.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Program Leadership: Serve as a senior AI advisor to Accenture's C-suite and leaders within our corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, IT). Collaborate closely with them to shape Accenture's internal AI vision and strategy, ensuring solutions are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
• ML Solution Development: Act as the lead for critical internal machine learning projects. Guide teams in designing solutions across various domains, including predictive modeling, NLP, and process automation, to solve complex operational challenges. You should have master proficiency in Machine Learning and expert proficiency in Platform Engineering. Design and develop Machine Learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Machine Learning solutions into existing systems. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Machine Learning solutions.
• Practice and Capability Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of internal AI and ML professionals. Establish and promote best practices across the firm, using internal success stories to showcase Accenture's capabilities and drive a culture of data-driven innovation
