What is the opportunity
As a senior trusted advisor to the executive leadership team for Cards & Loyalty, you will collaborate with partners to provide value-added strategic financial advice, with a focus on Rewards/Loyalty, NIE/FTE, and Small Business & Commercial Cards portfolios. You'll drive strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, early identification of opportunities, and actionable recommendations that accelerate business performance. As the strategic financial co-pilot, your thought leadership will directly shape the future of Cards products and rewards at RBC and help drive driving superior long-term bank performance.
