As Brand Lead – Specialty Care (Hematology & Oncology) within our Specialty Care team, you'll lead the commercial strategy and brand vision for our hematology and oncology portfolio — driving launch excellence, growing market share, and making a real difference for patients with some of the highest unmet needs. Main responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial strategy and integrated brand planning for the hematology and oncology portfolio, translating clinical evidence into compelling value propositions that drive prescriber preference, market share growth, and sustainable business performance.
• Drive new product launch excellence — from pre-launch preparation and market access strategy through to post-launch optimization — ensuring rapid and successful market entry for new products and indications.
• Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, monitor brand health, and continuously refine tactical plans to maximize portfolio impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain — to ensure strategic alignment, launch readiness, and seamless execution across all channels.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners, positioning Sanofi as the partner of choice in hematology and oncology.
• Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team — setting clear direction, building capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on patient outcomes and business results.

About you:

• Experience: 5 years of proven commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in hematology and/or oncology (required); prior marketing experience is a plus
• Soft & technical skills: Strategic vision, resilience, accountability, leadership and influence, and agility; strong analytical and forecasting capabilities; ability to translate clinical evidence into compelling commercial messages that resonate with healthcare professionals and payers
• Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
