WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Insurance Digital Distribution Manager, you will promote the insurance business development in all digital and remote/telemarketing sales channels, across all markets in SCF (Europe + Latin America), in cooperation with the local Insurance Units.

The business generates >250 M€ Gross Written Premiums per year, with 70% stemming from the digital channels (>40 non-assisted and assisted digital sales channels), and the remaining part stemming from the telemarketing sales channels (16 call centres in 10 countries, >300 telephone agents, 2M leads / year).

Your main responsibilities consist of:

• Ensuring the continuous development and growth of the business, by fostering best practice sharing across all countries
• Identifying new and innovative tools and technologies including AI based solutions, which should play a key role in the optimization of customer journeys to better inform customers and accelerate the performance
• Promoting digital insurance sales with our external partners (market-places, car manufacturers, telephone operators, …)
• Coordination of transformational projects with other areas, such as the launch of new digital sales channels, or process optimizations
• Establishing yearly budgets and objectives for the business, together with the local units
• Definition and monitoring of the main sales performance KPIs

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 - 7 year proven experience with the optimization of digital sales channels, either in the financial sector or in other business sectors
• Coordination of multi-country projects and teams in several countries

EDUCATION

University degree (Economics, Engineering, …)
