Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Reporting Operations

• Maintain and refresh data tables within the dw_pfs_ccpl schema, ensuring accuracy completeness and availability. The intern is also required to support the generation, validation and timely delivery of assigned data tables

2. Dashboard Management & Visualization

• Update and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc dashboards used for business monitoring and decision-making
• Support the continuous development and enhancement of reporting tools to improve data processing speed and usability
• Perform regular validation checks to ensure that visualized data matches back-end schema outputs

3. Specialized Data Extraction & Validation

• Collaborate with team members across teams and departments
• Document methodologies, process flows and results

4. Business & Marketing Support

• Beyond data maintenance and extraction, the intern is required to assist in documentation and strategic analysis support to the product teams:

• Assist the team in the preparation of marketing materials, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), Product Disclosure Sheets (PDS), presentation slides, etc.
• Conduct market research and prepare competitor analysis decks to benchmark CCPL products against industry peers.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support immediate marketing campaigns and provide insights for tactical business decisions.

Qualifications
1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programing language
• Familiarity with database management and querying

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

3. Communication Skills

• Ability to present data findings clearly and effectively
