At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, and ensure our operational performance consistently meets — and exceeds — expectations. In this role, you’ll act as the operational heartbeat between IBM, Broadcom, and our internal integration teams, ensuring communication flows, escalations are managed, and service levels remain flawless.

This is not a sales role. It’s a relationship‑driven, detail‑oriented operational leadership role where your ability to coordinate, prioritise, and keep processes aligned will directly influence one of our most strategic global programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage strategic customer relationships on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for all service‑related issues.
  • Drive clear, proactive communication between customers and TD SYNNEX teams.

Service Level Management

  • Oversee and monitor SLAs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Gather, analyse, and deliver SLA reports.
  • Escalate service issues internally when challenges or resource constraints arise.
  • Facilitate operational reviews, including monthly calls and quarterly face‑to‑face meetings.

Operational Process Excellence

  • Monitor end‑to‑end operational processes to ensure alignment with service levels.
  • Support internal data systems to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ensure operational processes are followed, reviewed regularly, and improved where needed.
  • Contribute to optimising workflows between TD SYNNEX, Broadcom, and IBM.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience analysing and resolving complex operational issues
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels (verbal, written, and face‑to‑face)
  • Proactive account management skills with strong influencing ability
  • Experience in service delivery management (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities (internal & external)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail; numerate and process‑driven
  • Understanding of sales and operations processes
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills; solid Word & Outlook skills
  • ITIL Foundation desirable but not essential
