Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Must have certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.
• Experienced running program/learning deployment receiving a business case to prioritizing SCORM testing, to cohort identification
• Deploy programs through the use of Assignment Profiles (complex and simple), regulatory program deployment and non regulatory program deployment
• Use of SF Learning to support data attestation and also other relevant usage where required
• Experienced in supporting Half year releases, performing impact analysis of new mandatory/optional changes and engage with business to support the changes that needs to be adopted
• Good understanding and appreciation of data lineage between source system to receiving system (i.e SAP more than SF and vice versa), understanding platform integration i.e between SAP and SF
• Experience in supporting cases in relation to Performance and Rewards and identifying root cause analysis and provide solutions.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Gurugram client office. Its is mandatory to work from client office 3 days/week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
