Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented End-User Marketing Project Coordinator to join our HP Personal Systems UK Marketing team. This vital role supports various marketing functions, end user channels, and marketing leadership, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving, some project management, creative thinking, and stakeholder management. Top line:
Engaging and coordinating multiple marketing projects alongside internal and external resources inclusive of scoping, briefing, scheduling, and activating projects, monitoring to adjust along the way to ensure consistent progress and marketing deadlines are met.
Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and to maximise deliverables.
In detail:
Agency Relations Support: Collaborate with internal and external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with company and market objectives.
Paid Media Campaign Support: Assist in the planning calls, activation, and delivery of creative assets, including optimal assets needed for paid media campaigns.
Organic Social Media Content Requests Submission: Track content requests for organic social media campaigns.
Asset Development and Support: Manage marketing assets, brief asset projects across agencies, ensure assets are delivered on time and meet both brand and quality standards.
NPI Asset Monitoring and Email Activation: Monitor and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and assist in supporting email campaigns.
Support for Local Product Launches: Coordinate local product launch activities, including webinar development and execution.
Gathering Analytics Ad Hoc: Compile and deliver from internal resources marketing analytics reports to support market managers to support decision-making. This includes working with regional colleagues to request high level email, web, campaign reports and coordinating information for internal performance newsletters.
Event Support: Provide ad hoc support for marketing events, when needed, ensuring all creative asset and promotional activities are coordinated between agencies and on-site as needed.
Qualifications:
Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on project coordination.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of marketing practices and operations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently, and managing relationships across various stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative and critical thinking skills.
Experience with Project Management tools desirable.
