Job Description

Set up, adjusts, and operates machine tools for various types of machine shop equipment. Work from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions. May communicate directly with engineers to understand the purpose of a part assembly. Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.

You will report to the COMPONENT ME SUPERVISOR, role is located in Katowice, Poland.

Work model : Onsite workplace

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technological support for the production line,
• Improve production processes,
• Implement engineering changes,
• Develop process documentation,
• Conduct training for equipment operators,
• Participate in implementing employee suggestions,
• Develop material and time standards and administering them in SAP/FTPC,
• Participate in machine and equipment acceptance tests,
• Participate in projects led by process engineers,
• Develop and implement cost-saving projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Technical education ( Nice to have)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production,
• Knowledge to read technical drawings,
• Analytical and creative approach
• Conscientiousness and consistency in completing tasks,
• English language skills for working with documentation and email communication.
