We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This individual will work closely with our product, DevOps, and data teams to build and enhance our proprietary ad tech solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for tackling complex technical challenges and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
Feature Development & Enhancement
Collaborate with product managers and fellow developers to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features for our internal solutions focused on operational efficiency.
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Reticle, our contextual data platform that ingests and classifies URL requests in real time.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that meets product requirements and internal coding standards.
Front-End & Back-End Ownership
Develop front-end interfaces using Next.js, modern React, and Typescript to create intuitive user experiences for campaign management and tagging workflows.
Build and optimize back-end services, ensuring smooth integrations with third-party ad platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, DSP APIs) and internal microservices.
Implement secure, scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs for data retrieval and manipulation.
Integration & API Work
Integrate with external ad platforms’ APIs, enabling capabilities such as pixel creation, tag generation, and measurement configuration.
Develop internal APIs to facilitate communication between services, ensuring consistent data transfer and system reliability.
Database & Infrastructure
Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) databases to store and query large volumes of data efficiently. Experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch) is a plus.
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for high availability and performance.
Quality & Reliability
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the stability of new and existing features.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, DevOps, and Sales) to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver features on time.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in web development, ad tech, and data processing.
Suggest improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling to enhance team productivity and product quality.
2+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer (or equivalent), with demonstrated skills in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in TypeScript and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React).
Experience building RESTful/GraphQL APIs and working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Interest in or experience with ad tech is a plus.
Proactive Mindset: Willing to propose new ideas and follow through on process improvements.
Team-First Mentality: Committed to the success of the team and the product; enthusiastic about code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
