The Technical Lead provides senior technical leadership across the Yieldstar and Twinscan production lines, driving structured decision‑making, resolving complex disturbances, and ensuring consistent engineering standards. The role strengthens troubleshooting capability, enhances cross-line integration, and supports factory and organizational targets through clear communication and system-level thinking.
Lead technical assessments during Passdown, DRB, and issue review forums.
Make data-driven technical judgments and consolidate aligned conclusions for management.
Apply structured analysis, risk evaluation, and operational prioritization in all decisions.
Own and drive high-impact or long-duration disturbances to sustainable closure.
Coordinate troubleshooting resources across Yieldstar/Twinscan product lines.
Identify risks, constraints, and escalation needs, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Perform structural analysis to identify systemic gaps and long-term risks.
Develop and deploy BKMs to standardize troubleshooting and prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve diagnostic efficiency and alignment.
Provide coaching on troubleshooting methodologies and system/module expertise.
Mentor peers to build stronger technical capability and decision-making maturity.
Act as a technical reference for management during risk and solution discussions.
Align priorities, progress, and risk assessments with leaders and stakeholders.
Deliver concise, management-ready technical reports and escalation packages.
Ensure transparent and consistent communication across interfacing teams.
Use insights across Yieldstar/Twinscan to prevent repeated disturbances.
Address customer feedback and quality notifications with urgency and clarity.
Ensure technical decisions support factory strategy, quality standards, and output goals.
•Engineering bachelor or above related fields
>8 years in semiconductor or relevant industry experience
Strong English communication (TOEIC 800+).
Proactive, eager to learn and share
Lean/Kaizen‑oriented with a continuous‑improvement mindset
Responsible, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
Detail‑focused with strong logical reasoning
Open‑minded and capable of supporting team growth
Regular day shift: 08:00–17:00.
Weekend availability for on‑call support or in‑office overtime based on production needs
