A key objective in the Customer function is to grow Customer Love. We do this by supporting owners throughout their entire ownership lifecycle. From the moment a customer registers their machine, we engage them with purpose. This includes onboarding, maintenance and cleaning tips and recommendations to enhance their experience with S&A. CRM is a primary channel to deliver these experiences.
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our Global Customer CRM team and help create these digital assets to support these CRM campaigns.
