WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Product Expert - Tech Leader, your goal will be to participate in software development projects using Agile techniques, leading technical teams to develop, test and implement the technical and functional specifications of the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Product Owners, guaranteeing the correct operability and compliance with internal quality levels, always aligned with the strategy of the CTO and CIO of the area,  within the Supply Chain Finance CIB product team.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

• Lead a developers team
• Provide knowledge on functional definitions/requirements
• Define together with the SGTO/CTO architecture teams (functional, security,... etc) the technical designs of the solutions   
• Coordinate and validate the developments made by the team 
• Ensure the quality and security of code developed by developers (SONAR rules)
• Identify the technical needs of the project, to establish requirements for new components, as well as collaborate in their design, development and testing
• Standardize and implement methodologies to optimize development processes (SOLID principles)

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Experience in developments for products in the Trade & Working Capital area – >2 years
• Experience in leading technical teams – >2 years
• Experience in maintenance and development of web applications – >5 years

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in payments channels/formats
• Knowledge in accounting  
• Experience In TDD/BDD practices

EDUCATION

Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Essential:

• Java (8 and 11, deep understanding of java core) with Spring boot and Spring Batch and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Framework testing: Junit, Mockito, Postman
• Kafka (Event Driven Architecture)
• BBDD: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Continuous Integration: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube
• Web applications Servers/containers:  Websphere and Openshift,
• Fluent English (B2, C1)
• Microservices

Nice to have:

• APIs (REST & SOAP & Open API; software design patterns)
• Python language
• Control-m Tool
• Knowledge in cloud public (Azure, AWS,..)
• Fluent Spanish (native or B2, C1)
• Reactive programming

OTHER INFORMATION

• Up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and programming languages.
• Team spirit, good communication skills, ease in interpersonal relationships
• Working under pressure, conflict management and proactivity
• Availability to travel regularly to the offices in Malaga
