About the Role:
The CrowdStrike Managed Services team is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, Advisors dedicated to making a difference in advanced log management and streaming observability with LogScale. The Falcon Complete LogScale Advisor is part of a team of advisors focused on overall log management, health, and observability of all Falcon Complete LogScale customers.
The Falcon Complete LogScale Advisor will be assigned to a group of key customers and will focus on delivering value to assigned customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high competency in technical, security, and customer management skills aimed at guiding customers towards a successful experience with Falcon Complete LogScale.

What You’ll Do:
Responsible for assigned key accounts.
Meets with the customer on established cadence to provide service overview, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations that align to improved log management and usability.
Contributing to process development for customer onboarding and customer lifecycle management.
Assess customer’s LogScale environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete LogScale standards/ best practices.
Coordinates technical resources as needed to ensure timely resolution to technical issues.
Contact customers directly upon identification of misalignment with Falcon Complete LogScale standards / best practices.
Documents, updates, and resolves all customer related issues in accordance with established procedures.
Develops and provides customers with service reports and stats as requested.
Partners with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provides guidance and partners with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establishes a ‘go-to-green’ plan for customers drifting from a successful and secure experience.
Creates and delivers content to a customer or group of customers.
Serves in committees or focus groups designed to improve processes and procedures.
Trains and coaches new members of the team.
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience as a solutions advisor or consultant.
Experience working with Log Management or SIEM solutions (Humio, Splunk, Elastic, Devo, QRadar, LogRhythm, etc.).
Experience working with large, complex, and high skilled clients.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills including verbal and written.
Experience delivering presentations to large audiences (i.e. webinars).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, and MITRE ATT&CK.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
