Sr. QA Engineers are experienced professionals that develop software programs in order to test code and applications and have a passion for quality processes. They have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in managing functional testing, automating client application and qualification of the client-side applications. Sr. QA Engineers interact with internal and external teams to train them on the products, work on projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and reproduce issues. In this role, you will mentor and guide others in the performance of all testing activities as well as encourage others to grow their skillset. Sr. QA Engineers are creative problem solvers and are involved in continuously driving improvements in test automation frameworks as well as assessing and reporting on the software development processes adopted by projects through audits, reviews and inspections.
 

About the Role:

In this opportunity as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:


• Delivers end-to-end testing solutions for multiple products/or complex projects
• Leads routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
• May manage budgets for small projects or programs
• Solves complex problems with minimal guidance

• Immediate QA/Software Development Engineer team
• Engages with cross functional teams to execute
• Trains and mentors more junior colleagues
• Influences and articulates compelling QA solutions for customers and product(s)
• Explains difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives
• Advises middle management on functional matters, or on interpretation of policies and practices
• Works with different project teams to ensure functional/regression test suite is up to date and remains relevant.
• Brings up risks to QE Lead/Manager in a timely fashion and prepare for contingency
• Adapts traditional approaches to solutions and applies in different circumstances
• Exceptional attention to detail  
• Responsible for functional testing, automating client application and qualification of the App review Tool and client side applications
 • Responsible for planning, designing, maintaining and executing test cases with minimal direction.
 • Automating the client side application and maintain as we keep adding new features.
•  Provides input to department objectives and goals of a sub-Business Unit or function
• Strong understanding of other roles within the function or Business Unit and how they are connected
• Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with key customers 
• Communicates effectively by adjusting communication style to audience
• Demonstrates mastery of a specific discipline across a range of related issues
