What You’ll Do

• Prepare journal entries for recurring internal expenses
• Manage employee expenses and create transactions in the company system
• Assist with reconciling accounts and tracking discrepancies
• Lead onboarding presentation regarding expenses and provide feedback
• Maintain a high level of accuracy
• Perform miscellaneous accounting tasks as requested
• Support the initiatives of the accounting team at large

What You’ll Need

• Pursuing a degree in accounting (or related field)
• Experience in Excel
• Detail oriented, Ability to think critically to solve problems, excellent communication
• Personable demeanor and attitude of a team player
