Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the application development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes within software development.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing detailed reports to facilitate resolution.
- Familiarity with environment setup and data configuration to support comprehensive testing activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- Minimum 15 years of full time education is required.
