Job Summary:
You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) strategies and solutions that enhance sales performance, governance, and operational efficiency. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the following:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and implementation support for ICM and Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms, including Varicent, SAP Callidus, SAP Commissions, Anaplan, Oracle ICM, and related Sales Cloud integrations.
  • Design and implement incentive compensation plans, quota models, crediting rules, territory structures, and payout calculations aligned with client sales strategies.
  • Configure and optimize compensation calculation engines, workflows, approvals, and dispute management processes.
  • Develop ICM dashboards and reports to track key sales performance and compensation KPIs using analytics and visualization tools.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses of compensation processes, data flows, and governance models; define future-state designs and implementation road maps.
  • Support ICM vendor assessment and selection, including Varicent and Callidus, based on business complexity, scalability, and integration needs.
  • Drive process standardization and automation across compensation cycles, including plan administration, forecasting, accruals, and true ups.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end alignment across Lead-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Support global implementations, rollouts, UAT, and hypercare, ensuring solution adoption and operational readiness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Experience working on large-scale business or sales transformation programs, preferably in global B2B environments.
  • Strong program and people management capabilities, with experience leading multi-functional and distributed teams.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Global delivery experience across multiple geographies and sales models (direct, channel, hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with ICM platforms (Varicent, SAP Callidus, Oracle ICM, Anaplan) and related analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience in global system implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable operating in complex enterprise system environments and collaborating across Sales, Finance, HR, and IT functions.
  • Strong interest in working within enterprise information systems and digital sales platforms.

Additional Information:

  • 6+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the products, communications, life sciences, high-tech, resources, or financial services industry.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience, preferably within Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources industries.
  • Strong functional experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), including compensation plan design for services, products, parts, and post-sales offerings.
  • Deep functional and implementation experience with ICM / Sales Performance Management platforms, including Varicent, SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions), and related Sales Cloud integrations.
  • Proven experience delivering global B2B sales compensation and incentive transformation programs, covering plan design, system implementation, rollout, and optimization.
  • Strong background in ICM analytics, including compensation modeling, payout analysis, accruals, and performance insights, with exposure to advanced analytics, AI, and ML–driven use cases where applicable.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including macros and complex modeling), PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
