As an Order Management Specialist (all genders) you will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire order delivery process placed by DACH Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Customer Project Manager but also Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Sales and others.

Your challenge is to balance the requirements of ensuring a seamless order flow while providing a result-driven and proactive customer experience.

Your role:

  • Management of sales orders;

  • Process order activities in SAP and other supporting applications;

  • Track and trace open orders in Appian + the role of Appian KU;

  • Process order changes due to Customer or Factory requests;

  • Maintain good communication with stakeholders especially with Customer Project Managers;

  • Provide excellent customer service for our customers;

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner;

  • Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines;

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree or a vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience;

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain;

  • You possess knowledge of Logistics, Order Management, or Supply Chain processes;

  • You have a good command of English at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken);

  • You are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems (this would be an advantage);

  • You demonstrate strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills;

  • You have solid communication skills, both with factories and customers;

  • You show cultural awareness and a proactive approach;
