We are looking for a talented International Finance Intern with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles to support the growth of our International eCommerce business. This position will require someone with very high personal and professional values, excellent judgement, and strong leadership skills. What is a day in the life of an International Finance Intern? 

  • Prepare internal and external monthly business update presentations that help provide better understanding of results and outlook 

  • Leverage ERP system and databases to pull data and conduct root cause analysis 

  • Assist with ad-hoc research and data analysis 

  • Identify opportunities in business processes and drive process improvements 

  • Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance and office operations 

 

What will I need to thrive in this role? 

  •  Junior or senior in college studying Accounting, Finance, or related field  

  • Creative and tenacious problem-solver with strong analytical skills 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn 

  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data; SQL experience preferred 

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills 

  • Prior internship experience in Corporate roles or Consulting helpful, but not required 

  • Experience with Netsuite, Workday Adaptive, and Tableau helpful, but not required

What is the team like? 

This role is on the International team at Pattern. You will be supervised by the VP of International Finance and mentored by the Director of International Business, meeting with each of them regularly to discuss your performance. You will work with other Finance and Accounting team members in the Lehi office and in locations in Europe and Asia to implement actionable solutions. This team is data driven and results oriented. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
