We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative Sr Project Manager to support the Kinaxis Supply Chain Transformation within our LPG business. This role will focus on driving tactical execution and adoption of Kinaxis RapidResponse across multiple planning teams and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or implementing Kinaxis, combined with a strong foundation in supply chain processes like MRP, supply planning, and demand forecasting.  You’ll be partnering closely with the program manager, project leads, and business analysts to help convert fragmented, manual processes into standardized, global workflows in Kinaxis. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys driving real business impact through planning technology.

Location:

This is an onsite position that can be hired out of Pittsburgh, PA, Mebane, NC, Rochester, NY, Waltham, MA, Bridgewater, NJ, Monterey, Mexico, or Tijuana, Mexico. Residency within any of these locations is required. No relocation assistance will be provided.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned project(s)/workstreams within the broader Kinaxis transformation program.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain SMEs, business analysts, and IT to define requirements, design processes, and deliver functional capabilities
  • Help facilitate adoption of Kinaxis by coaching users on how the platform can replace existing manual or non-standard practices to drive efficiency and hard savings
  • Coordinate and participate in solution testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation efforts
  • Track milestones, issues, and deliverables; communicate progress and escalate risks when needed
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery of project components
  • Promote consistent planning processes across multiple ERP systems (SAP, Baan, Oracle, etc.)  using Kinaxis to ensure value is delivered and people/processes are transformed 
  • Assist in the creation of SOPs, training content, test scripts, and communication materials
  • Act as a key enabler of change management by supporting user onboarding, education, and troubleshooting
  • Other roles and responsibilities as needed or directed by the Program Manager or Transformation Director. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, either as a planner or implementer
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or project management within manufacturing or life sciences
  • Knowledge of planning domains including MRP, supply planning, forecasting, and SIOP
  • Experience in project-based environments with exposure to implementation lifecycle, testing, and training
  • Kinaxis Contributor or Author Certification preferred
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or other planning tools (Blue Yonder, O9, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences
  • Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and ability to execute under tight timelines

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range estimated for this position in Pittsburgh, PA is between $94,000 to 140,000.


This position is eligible to receive a yearly bonus based on individual performance in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $94,000.00–$140,000.00.
