DATA ENTRY/IMAGE REVIEW CLERK

PAY: $15.65/hour

LOCATION: Orlando, FL, 32807

HOURS: Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and manually process Void/Correct Pay by Plate Notices (PBP) of toll violators.
• Meet all expected training expectations during the initial training period.
• Adhere to Image Review KPIs, as required by management.
• Record and track incorrectly identified images from automated system and escalate to supervisor for review.
• Review and consistently process manual images in image review system of license plates.
• Maintain accountability for work and provide input and/or assistance in formulating new procedures and recommend changes to existing procedures as required.
• Identify problems with office equipment, systems, processes, and general service issues, and communicate or escalate these to the proper entity for resolution.
• Communicate regularly with other units to foster an effective team environment and ensure these areas are aware of issues that may impact their work.
• Other job-related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and use of basic PC applications and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Knowledge of business rules pertaining to violation and vehicle plates.
• Skill in communicating to persons representing varied educational levels and cultural backgrounds.
• Skill in exercising accuracy and thoroughness in monitoring one’s own work to ensure quality.
• Skill in data entry typing speed of 35wpm to meet or exceed required data verification and processing accuracy and timeline metrics for image processing volume as required by management.
• Ability to work consistently and effectively within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities as well as utilize problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Computer knowledge/skills
• Good typing/keyboarding skills
• Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base
• Works well in team setting

• A criminal background check and drug test are required

• Vehicle tag check will be done, and any outstanding toll violations must be paid before your employment with us begins

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to type a minimum of 5000 Kph or higher
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Must be skilled in the use of PC applications and possess the ability to perform data entry skills.
• Availability to work various shifts
• Proven oral & written communication skills
