POSITION SUMMARY
The Reporting Center of Excellence Director is ultimately responsible for defining the organization’s reporting and solution deployment strategy. This is achieved by partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders (e.g. Controllership, FP&A, Operations) and global process owners to define business requirements which are then translated into functional and technical specifications for their team to execute, ensuring solutions adhere to core governance principles and prioritize customer-centric outcomes.
The Director will lead the deployment, maintenance, and governance of the data warehouse and middleware ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Python), enabling a democratization of data that drives impact business insights. They will also focus on empowering self-service customer-centric reporting by educating users on reporting tools and dimensions, while ensuring all reporting remains consistent, scalable, and serves as the "single source of truth" across the organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
