If so, come join in leading our plant in Upplands Vasby to deliver world-class performance in Health, Safety and Environment! You will be responsible for the HSE agenda and strategy in line with Swedish legislation and Mondelez internal HSE Standards. You will daily manage a team of specialists and take active part in both preventive and reactive work within HSE. To succeed in the role, you will work together with the leaders and individual contributor to secure performance with HSE. As an HSE Manager you will be part of the plant leadership team in the site and together with our colleagues around Europe work for MDLZ HSE improved performance going forward.

How you will contribute:

• Drive the HSE strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the HSE team, and support all in the site in fostering a culture of safety ownership.
• Ensure effective training programs are in place.
• Lead compliance with all HSE legal requirements and company policies and standards.
• Proactively manage risk and provide cost-effective solutions.
• With your strong knowledge bring expertise to leaders in how to comply and engage in HSE matters.

What you will bring:

• A passion for safety and a commitment to positive change.
• Experience as a Health & Safety Practitioner in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management skills and experience implementing cultural change.
• Experience coaching individuals and teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated experience with local regulatory management. Must be able to speak Swedish fluently.
