Electrician

Location: Winchester

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £44,100 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week (8-5 mon-fri)

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

Day to day duties:

  • Carrying out reactive electrical duties on occupied properties
  • Repairing or replacing electrical fixtures and fittings to include bulbs, switches and sockets
  • Replacing electric showers
  • Undertaking fault finding works and repairs
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Providing high levels of customer care all times

Role Criteria:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation – to include AM2
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (If you have 17th edition you can work through your 18th edition)
  • Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
