Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Training
• Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., vaccines, pharmaceutical, diagnostics) to distributors and end users.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and application.
Demand Generation
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute technical campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
• Identify market needs and translate them into technical value propositions.
• Participate in events and seminars to promote the brand and products.
Distributor Enablement
• Equip distributors with technical selling tools, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
• Conduct joint customer visits to provide credibility and close sales.
• Monitor and support distributor performance from a technical perspective.
End-User Engagement
• Provide on-site support to veterinarians, clinics to troubleshoot issues and optimize product use.
• Develop customized protocols or solutions based on specific clinic needs.
Qualifications:
• Education: bachelor’s degree in, Animal Science.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a relevant position, preferably within Animal health industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and effectively conveying product information. Technical knowledge of animal health products is crucial for providing accurate support and training. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important for achieving our objectives and collaborating with colleagues.
• Travel: Ability to travel within the region as required
