Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Workflow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support workflows within Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). The role involves close collaboration with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient workflow solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize CC&B workflows using Oracle Workflow / CC&B framework
Configure and maintain Business Processes, Algorithms, Scripts, and Plug-ins
Develop and modify BPM/workflow components such as activities, transitions, and rules
Integrate workflows with CC&B modules (Billing, Payments, Metering, Customer Information)
Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related production issues
Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Work closely with functional analysts, interface teams, and conversion teams
Ensure workflows follow best practices, performance, and security standards
Prepare technical design documents and workflow specifications


Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B Workflow development
Hands-on experience with CC&B Framework, Algorithms, and Plug-ins
Proficiency in Java, SQL, PL/SQL
Experience with batch jobs, scripts, and configuration tools
Understanding of utility business processes (Customer, Billing, Payments, Metering)
Experience in production support and issue resolution
Good knowledge of Oracle databases


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in CC&B Workflow Developer
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
