Job Description
Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise and monitor financial data interfaces and systems.
Correct errors in interfaces and ensure successful data processing.
Work with ERP and related systems to troubleshoot system errors, identify and eliminate root causes in cooperation with other departments.
Participate in projects related to changes and improvements of Finance systems or processes.
Support business requirement identification and implementation in Finance systems.
Collaboration with internal business partners and external IT vendors.
Support competence development of company’s employees in usage of Finance systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Preferable higher education in Finance or IT (can be a student).
Preferable experience in accounting, or in the interaction of Finance and IT.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe.
Very good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong drive, solution oriented person with fast learning skills.
Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality.
Self-motivated, positive and customer-oriented, good team player.
