We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Analyst to join our Global Tax team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English, which is essential for effective communication across global teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational abilities are required to efficiently manage diverse tasks and meet critical deadlines. Equally important is a collaborative mindset, enabling the individual to work productively with colleagues from various functions and regions.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare U.S. international tax forms (5471, 8858, 8865) and related documentation for various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including the preparation of workpapers, reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures.
  • Coordinate and oversee transfer pricing projects by managing timelines, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring the timely collection of required data, and tracking deliverables to support compliance with global transfer pricing regulations. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful completion of transfer pricing documentation and related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Accounting, and Legal—to gather and validate data for tax calculations and reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized tax records and documentation.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and proactively communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal tax policies, process improvements, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage long-term projects
  • At least a year or two of extensive US corporate international tax compliance experience in a large accounting firm or a large enterprise tax group
  • Experience with contemporary US compliance platforms (e.g. OneSource, CorpTax) and related automation strategies
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset to work productively with colleagues across various functions and regions.
