Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration, and utilizing network analytics to ensure system stability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance, utilizing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration expertise. - Utilize network analytics to identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Analytics. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V. - Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure. - Solid grasp of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
