OVERVIEW:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meets the customer where they are in their soccer journey, creating a tailored and unparalleled customer service experience, adapting sales style appropriately.
Leverages on-the-field expertise to provide recommendations that meets the customer’s needs and goals.
Translates and aligns product technology to the customer’s needs and preferences, contributing to and enhancing their overall game day experience.
Fully outfits customer with appropriate cleats, apparel, and accessories to equip them for any occasion - from practice, training to game day.
On occasion, participates in Soccer Universities across the nation to test and learn new products and technologies in order to then share knowledge and insights with both teammates and customers.
Partners with store teammates by regularly utilizing training materials to educate others on new cleats and soccer-related products.
Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Soccer Department to Company standards as directed.
Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of Retail or Team Sports experience preferred, but not required
