YOUR ROLE

As a Treasury Analyst within Aptiv’s EDS Record-to-Report (RTR) team, you will support day-to-day cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all cash-related transactions. You will play a key role in managing cash flow activities, partnering closely with Treasury stakeholders, business units, and finance teams to support global operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on cash management activities and act as the liaison with Corporate Treasury
• Post bank statements, reconcile cash positions, manage cash pool and factoring activities, and clear cash-in-transit accounts
• Analyze cash transactions and variances, identify risks or inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions
• Support month-end close processes related to cash accounting
• Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and providing clear explanations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to or lead implementation of automation and efficiency initiatives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders across the business

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in Treasury
• In-house bank, foreign currency, or cash management experience preferred
• Kyriba or Treasury Management Systems' (TMS) experience preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
• Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future
