The Dedicated Account Representative (MI Specialist) is encouraged to exhibit skills in the following areas:

What You’ll do on a Typical Day:-

  • Effectively execute multi- work stream engagements,  priorities  client reuests and work objectives demonstrating appropriate project management methodologies and tools such as project plans and issue logs.
  • Experience in applying change management techniques to drive balanced  engagement impact and ROI
  • Builds deliverables within established engagement scope, quality standards and time frames.
  • Continual analysis of monthly reporting to highlight opportunities with focus on contract performance and policy adherence
  • Overview of Airline & Hotel program performance
  • Fair Market Share report: assessment or airline's ability to service routes based on schedules and service
  • Contract goal assessment analysis: quantifies performance on contract goal commitments, noted areas for improvement.Trouble-shoot reasons for  missing  goals and make adjustments as needed
  • Contract savings summary and details report: quantifies savings on contract, discount term 

Problem Solving & Analysis

  • Develops hypotheses and identifies data to evaluate based on client needs.
  • Reviews and validates analyses, develops options/alternatives and creates insightful recommendations in context of total engagement.
  • Strong innovative attitude.

Communication

  • Outstanding social skills, listening ability and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a  compelling manner.
  • Distills complex subject matter into key messages for team members and clients.

Relationship Management

  • Understands client organization and dynamics.
  • Builds strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates American Express and available industry tools and solutions to develop outstanding  deliverables and standard processes

Account Administration & Reporting

  • Information collection & Consolidation form Internal and external  stakeholders
  • BAR Updates, OBT Updates, SFDC Management & Raising cases etc.
  • Client KPI Reporting, Dashboard creation and Standard MI reports, Adhoc Client Reports, Client Scorecards

What We’re looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of expreeince and
  • Consistent record in the air travel industry or relevant field, showing skill in data analysis and a deep understanding of factors that impact travel decisions, such as Advance Purchase, air contract optimization, hotel adoption, online usage, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze complex data sets evaluate alternatives and develop insights and recommended client solutions.
  • Strong communication skills that should include internal and external presentation development and delivery.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Ability to interact efficiently with people at all levels within a team or client  organization
