We are looking for an early-career talent who is curious about consumer technology, user experience, and AI-driven innovation. In this role, you will apply what you have learned through school, training, internships, or early work experience to support research, analysis, planning, and team deliverables. You will have the opportunity to build practical expertise, contribute fresh insights, and grow your judgment and independence within clear guidance from the team.


What You Will Do:

  • Conduct competitive research, synthesize user insights, and scan market trends using both traditional research methods and AI-assisted tools.
  • Turn research findings into clear user insights, experience recommendations, and well-structured reports.
  • Collaborate with product planners, designers, and marketing teams to align consumer experience priorities.
  • Use AI tools, such as GPT-based assistants, automation platforms, and research agents, to improve research, reporting, analysis, and team workflows.
  • Help create lightweight AI-enabled automations, such as summaries, dashboards, content transformation, and insight workflows, to improve team efficiency.
  • Support solution development and launch readiness by working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Assist with communication across internal stakeholders and external industry partners to support the consumer software experience strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A college degree in marketing, business, technical fields, design, research, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2+ years of experience in UX research, strategy, product management, consumer insights, or related areas; strong academic projects, internships, or portfolio work are also welcome.
  • Comfort using modern AI tools and a strong interest in applying them to research, analysis, content creation, and process automation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect information from multiple sources and turn it into meaningful insights.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate comfortably with cross-functional partners.
  • Exposure to user journey mapping, design thinking, storytelling frameworks, or translating user needs into product or experience recommendations.
  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and curiosity about consumer technology, AI, and digital experiences.
