The Issue Management Sr. Manager is a senior leader within the First Line Risk & Control Office, accountable for the First Line of Defense (FLoD) Issue Management Program. The role oversees the end-to-end issue lifecycle (identification, assessment, remediation, validation, and reporting and drives consistent governance, metrics, and executive reporting. Success in this position typically requires deep financial services controls experience, strong stakeholder management across all lines of businesses and the ability to deliver sustainable improvements to the firm’s control environment.What you'll need:
