The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Customer Data Operations (CDP) to join our team, reporting to the Marketing Technology Success Lead. In this role, you’ll help shape how we advance Nasdaq’s unified customer data strategy by connecting platforms, building actionable data structures, and ensuring data integrity across marketing, sales, and customer success ecosystems.

What You’ll Do
- Integrate diverse technologies into the CDP, enabling unified, actionable customer profiles across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Analyze use cases to define, transform, and map data fields required for ingestion into the CDP.
- Build custom schemas aligned with Nasdaq’s customer data strategy to support activation and downstream use cases.
- Configure inbound and outbound CDP connections leveraging integration types like Amazon S3, Data Landing Zone, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Storage.
- Monitor and optimize precedence-based merge policies, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms and datasets.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL, schema creation, data mapping, and documentation in data‑driven environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement data integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Strong communicator comfortable working in global, cross‑functional environments with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Comfortable with tools and languages such as JavaScript, Python, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Pardot), and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe CDP and identity stitching for unified customer profiles.
- Knowledge of machine learning platforms, MLOps frameworks, and data enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Bombora).
- Background in high‑growth SaaS environments or customer data strategy.
