Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Bogotá

Hybrid position

Grade: 10C

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for Sales and Operations roles. This position plays a key role in attracting top talent, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Sales and Operations positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and success profiles.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, assessments, and candidate communications.
  • Present qualified shortlists for hiring managers and advise on hiring decisions.
  • Manage offer processes, salary alignment, and pre‑hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives for Sales and Operations talent segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting Sales and/or Operations roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Advanced English required
