MVC Operations Lead

Job Summary

• Lead and manage Supplies Inside Sales team (ISRs) to achieve MVC Renewal targets.
• Support Supplies KAMs by coordinating with Enterprise and Govt customers w.r.t. MVC program letters and ensuring follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales teams, Partners, Category and internal stakeholders for deal closures.
• Ensure smooth order processing, exception handling and compliance with company policies.
• Review quotations, pricing approvals, and special bid requests before submission.
• Monitor ISR team performance, productivity, and process adherence.
• Coach ISRs through trainings, periodic review cadence and performance feedback.
• Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and business updates to the Supplies team.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new ISR team members and ensuring that the team operates effectively
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with operational processes, developing proactive strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
