Project Role Description : Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: The Ecosys administrator will be responsible for supporting & administering all modules Ecosys. Resource will require significant skills to manage various configurations in Ecosys and also the ability to work as part of a team. Liaising with other Ecosys Administrators, database administrator, client teams and application vendor to develop appropriate solutions or required customization to meet client and project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintain the Project Work Package and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) within Ecosys to ensure compliance with agreed governance and alignment with other Project systems (Oracle Unifier, Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP). - Upload and reconciliation of monthly Actual information from the financial systems Oracle EBS into Ecosys. - Monthly and Annual period close-out process, and backup of data. - Production of monthly reporting for use by Cost Analysts and Program stakeholders. - Creation of new annual business plans and the activities involved in annual rollover. - Creation or amendment of the reporting structure. - Profile set-up and training for Ecosys users if required. -User Screen Configuration affecting access to data sets and the interdependencies around accessing data. -Understand the data table structure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Contribute to Change Request and set up new codes in Ecosys for approved changes. - Ensure that the correct procedures are followed for change management and systems development. - Responsible for developing, collating, documenting, and updating an Ecosys User Guide to capture all relevant processes. -Responsible for managing the development of reporting from Ecosys liaising with stakeholder groups (Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, IT) - Working with the Quality Management team on process documentation to be contained within the Quality Management Plan. -Provide support to the Finance and Reporting team on any ad-hoc requests as required. -Data structures and disciplines are in line with Program governance and provide a flexible solution to accommodate the evolving nature of the program. -Establish a good knowledge of how data flows and the impact on those flows when changes are made in the system or when updating master tables. -Transform use case and business case requirements into proposed solutions. -Manage the business impact that certain technical choices have. -Partner with various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Hexagon EcoSys. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
