We’re looking for a Jr. Customer Order Specialist to join our Order Management Team in Tokyo, Japan.

What you’ll do

 

  • 受注入力及び管理
  • 受注内容に基づき在庫および供給状況を確認し、最適な納期・出荷提案を策定
  • サンプル及び代品の手配、返品・赤伝・黒伝処理
  • 顧客マスターデータの管理
  • 配送及び受注に関する問い合わせ対応
  • 在庫・納期確認、顧客のニーズに応じて納期調整及び管理
  • 出荷手配業務
  • 月次に売掛金の確認
  • 在庫移動処理等その他の関連業務をお願いする場合があります
  • Checks availability of order and prepares delivery proposal; where needed, selects proposed alternatives, updates order status and escalates deviations
  • Monitors digital sales order creation process on a daily basis
  • Accepts and validates sales order by checking references and validating relevant information
  • Screens orders for commercial correctness.
  • Responds to customer questions and complaints regarding deliveries and order processes through various channels.
  • Manages manual order creation for complex projects and customer’s orders from external EDI.
  • Manages sales orders for delivery, including truck arrangements, being the keyperson to coordinate between sales, customers and 3PL warehouse.
  • Manages customer master data
  • Process samples/replacement deliveries, returns, debit note and credit note
  • Monthly monitoring of billing to customers, resolve discrepancies if any, to ensure correct and accurate billing.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks where required.

Your qualifications

  • オーダーマネジメント業務の実務経験(1〜3年)
  • 短期大学卒以上
  • 顧客志向が高く、カスタマー対応に強みがある方
  • SAPの使用経験、またはMS Excelの知識・スキルを有する方(尚可)
  • MS Excelの実務スキル、およびERPシステムの使用経験(SAP経験者歓迎)
  • 細部まで注意を払える方で、チームワークおよびコミュニケーション能力に優れた方
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

  • 1-3 years of experience in order management
  • Junior college graduate and above
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Knowledgeable in using SAP, MS Excel is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and experience using ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Meticulous, team player and good communication skills
  • Native Japanese level and Business English level
