Objetivo del Puesto:

Proveer un ambiente laboral seguro para el equipo, involucrandose para crear un ambiente laboral sano y en estricto apego a procesos y controles. Esto para poder cumplir con los objetivos de negocio dasignados al area. Administrar eficientemente el almacén así como todos los recursos relacionados, incluyendo el personal, recursos materiales y el equipo. Asegurar el cumplimiento a todos los sistemas de calidad; EHS, controles internos, siempre en linea con los valores de Allegion. 

Responsabilidades de la posicion:

• Planea implementa y monitorea todos los controles del inventario físico en almacen
• Monitorea los movimientos de todo el inventario
• Mantiene los procesos que aseguren la entrega a tiempo al cliente, desde el recibo de material hasta el embarque de PT
• Asegura el cumplimiento de los procesos necesarios para cumplir con la exactitud de inventrio Accuracy
• Cumple con todos los procesos de seguridad patrimonial requeridos
• Administracion eficiente de personal
• Administracion eficiente del presupuesto
• Fomentar y procurar la integracion y trabajo en equipo
• Implementar procesos de desarrollo de talento para robustecer el equipo y tener planes de sucesion 
• Implementar los procesos necesarios para la búsqueda de la mejor conrtinua
• Implementar todos los procesos necesarios para garantizar un ambiente seguro de trabajo

Requisitos:

• Universidad Completa (Titulo)
• Experiencia: 3-5 años
• Experiencia Mínima de 3-5 años en puesto similar (MRO, Mantenimiento)
  Manejo Avanzado de MS Office
• MS Dynamics 354 Deseable
