What You’ll Do

Step into this exciting opportunity, where you’ll: 

- Be the friendly face guiding employees through HR processes. 

- Answer questions and provide information on policies and procedures. 

- Manage cases in our system, ensuring they’re tracked and resolved. 

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and share ideas. 

 

This role is your gateway to learning the ropes in HR, understanding business operations, and honing key skills in customer service and process management—all while working in a dynamic and supportive team.

 

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Language: English (C1) & German (C1)
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 
• Great listening and communication skills. 
• The ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively. 
• A passion for teamwork and collaboration.
