Job Description:

What You’ll Do

The Lead Operations Dispute Policy and Compliance Analyst is responsible for implementing strategies and systems improvements to support business operations. Utilizes data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

The position is responsible for the development and maintenance of Billing Disputes policy and procedure requirements covering issuing bank dispute activities related to Network operating and Regulatory requirements to successfully service disputes. The candidate must have a passion for continuous improvement and Risk management to advise and properly document how the Billing Dispute Product operates within the company's CMS framework. 

  
How You’ll Do It

  • Identifies opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.

  • Leads performance improvement implementations.

  • Documents processes and process flows. Drives the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.

  • Partners with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines. Ensures operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.

  • Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.

  • RCSA Maintenance Owner

  • Regulatory Change Implementation

  • Perform Change Management 

  • Perform Control Attestation 

  • Design Controls Adherence processes

  • Maintain and implement (To be) - Policy Standard & Procedure 

  • Continue development of Dispute UBP's L3->L5 Migration 

  • Design and maintain Dispute Rules and Documentation 

  • Reconcile Dispute System and Procedure Alignment 


Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related.

  • 4+ years' Customer service or Financial Services Operations

  • In lieu of Education 6+ years' Customer service or Financial Services Operations

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
