We are looking for a motivated and talented IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our technology team at Marsh. The role focuses on managing technology initiatives for one of our strategic platforms supporting the insurance brokerage business.

You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The role requires collaboration with an international stakeholder network and coordination with a distributed development team based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to one of Marsh’s strategic platforms

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality

Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Support the design of solutions together with architects and development teams

• Validate delivered solutions with business stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and project updates

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate delivery with an offshore development team based in India

• Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional and multicultural teams

• Guide the team towards achieving project milestones and business objectives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Functional Analysis

• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or brokerage environments

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models

• Exposure to platform-based systems or enterprise applications
