About the Role

This is a high-ownership, generalist operator seat working directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing AI startup reshaping how top talent connects with leading companies. You'll work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships — tackling whatever moves the company forward fastest. It's a true 0→1 role for someone who wants to build, not just support.

What You'll Do

• Lead founder-priority projects spanning new market initiatives, strategy, and execution.

• Own the candidate experience and funnel — improving conversion, quality, and outcomes at scale.

• Design and implement scalable operational processes to keep pace with rapid growth.

• Support go-to-market efforts including messaging experiments and key partnerships.

• Translate real-world user and customer needs into actionable product feedback and priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, operations, growth, or early-stage startups.

• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.

• Sharp, structured thinker who operates with speed and high standards.

• Comfortable owning complex workflows across multiple functions simultaneously.

• Genuinely motivated by building — not just contributing — with a long-term interest in founding or leading a company.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, CA. This role requires living and working in-person with the founding team — it is not remote.
